We view the railway as a ‘system of systems’, with each component merely part of a larger, more complex whole.

This means we look beyond just train and track to an ecosystem that is also comprised of safety-critical hardware and software, digital communications, energy sources, maintenance depots and passenger environments. Our services therefore extend across a wide range of specialist disciplines necessary for the optimum performance of the entire railway.
