Our Requirements Management team can oversee all activities associated with the definition, development, allocation and ongoing tracking of requirements within a project.
It is applicable throughout every stage of the project lifecycle, from conception and early design through to eventual operation. Frequently, the team will manage requirements on behalf of a client through the use of a requirements management tool.
This service also includes the activities associated with Verification and Validation (V&V) of achievement of requirements that is a pre-requisite on most projects that follow a structured systems approach such as EN50126 or equivalent. This can also involve developing bespoke tools to assist with management of digital resilience requirements and risks and supporting clients to integrate these tools into their existing safety and quality management systems.
